Maps take us on a journey to places we have once visited or to a road we wish to explore. They give us hope and make anything seem possible. As Earl Nightingale once said, “All you need is the plan, the roadmap, and the courage to press on to your destination.”
Welcome - your adventure has begun. A city map is a perfect way to remember a city you once visited that holds a memory you want to treasure forever - or simply a destination you want to visit someday.

The Process
Pay price of custom commission and shipping ($25), which will be a PayPal link below
Email the following to info@trav-elle.com
Name
Orientation of painting (horizontal or vertical)
Provide the name of the city you’d like painted
Provide other thoughts on what you are hoping from your commission. Is there a special moment that happened in this particular place you want to share.
Colors you love: preferably 2-3 colors
Color you prefer of road/lines on the map (silver, gold, or white)
Indicate if this piece can be shown on Instagram through the process
Once payment and email is received, painting is started. Allow 1-2 weeks for completion.
Laerta emails update photos halfway through. When painting is complete, Laerta will send a final photo, and collector gives approval or minor edits. Any extensive edits beyond that are subject to a 15% additional fee.
