Hi, I’m Laerta
Are you looking for a creative designer to spark some creativity in your project or join your amazing team? Look no further! I am a designer based in Providence, RI with over 10 years of experience.
Throughout my career, I’ve worn many hats—Artist, Illustrator, Art Director, Digital Designer, Content Creator, UX/UI Designer, Web Designer, Brand Manager, and even a fantastic hostess. No matter the role, my goal has always been the same: to craft meaningful, beautiful, and impactful experiences. Creativity is my tool, and empathy is my north star.
Moving to the U.S. from Albania at age 10 shaped me in ways I never expected. Learning a new language, adapting to a new culture, and navigating change taught me resilience, open-mindedness, and the power of putting myself in others' shoes. These qualities have influenced not only my design approach but also my desire to be of service. One of my proudest experiences was a mission trip to Bogotá, Colombia, where I taught English and Art at an all-boys orphanage. It was a deeply moving experience that reinforced my belief in the power of creativity and connection.
But beyond design and service, I believe in the magic of play. I’m always exploring—whether it’s learning new languages, painting, baking, dancing, or immersing myself in different cultures. These experiences fuel my creativity and make me a better designer—and a happier human.
Let’s create something meaningful together!
